Some of the jewelry is in stock and can be shipped within three days, rings I will need to fit to the desired size. Some of the jewelry is made depeding on orders and will take me up to 21 days to make. If you are short in time and the jewelry is a gift, please contact me to check if it is in stock or requires preparation.

The jewelry leaves the studio with a courier to the house, arrival time for shippment in Israel from the moment of leaving the studio is usually 1-3 business days. For shippment to places other than Israel I use, Ecopost, which usually arrives within 10 days from the moment of leaving the studio.

The courier contacts the customer before arrival.

In rare circumstances, postal delays or special holidays, your order may be delayed.

Shipments abroad may be subject to customs or VAT costs, in accordance with the laws of the country.
These costs will be at the customer's expense.
In addition, I am not responsible for any delay that may arise due to the customs departments.

All jewelry leaves the studio in a jewelry box in a protected envelope, if the jewelry is to be given as a gift, please mention this when checking out and I will also send a gift bag.
